1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Communicable diseases are diseases which can be passed from person to person.  The main ones are HIV, AIDS, Malaria, tuberculosis, measles, chicken pox.  These diseases can be prevented to a large extent by immunisation and that is why it is important to make sure you get the appropriate injections.  It is also important to take precautions when having sex to prevent sexually transmitted diseases from spreading.  There is a measles epidemic as many parents failed to get their children immunised.
