Do Probation Officers Know When You Have A Warrant?

    I believe so, because they are a part of the law enforcement team and they can also turn you in to be arrested for VOP.

      Yes, once you are assigned to a probation officer they receive your entire court case, documents, pleadings and are made aware of your entire criminal history. Reporting to a probation officer is the only thing that allows you to not be arrested if you have a good communication with them and are honest; however, they are always aware of what is going on with you even when you are re-arrested for whatever crime.
