To remove the cabinet safely, the washing machine should be turned off and unplugged. Next take out the control panel by removing the screws. Also take out the spring clips which are situated in the corners and after doing that remove the harness that is connected to the lid switch wiring. Pull the lid and also keep a hand on the cabinet opening that shows itself when you open the lid. Furthermore adjust the cabinets position and then pull the lid and the cabinet opening.
