For the Receptive audience, your goal should be to make the speech based on common grounds and you should deliver the speech in a way that it doesn't cause disagreement. Your goal should be to deliver your message and still not be offensive towards the audience. For the neutral and unreceptive kind, your goal should be to make a speech that is motivating and persuasive for the audience and yet interesting.
