    French cuisines are quite famous all around the world. The ingredients and dishes vary from region to region. Their cooking is diverse which includes almost all kinds of vegetables, meat, juices, desserts etc. They usually use herbs in their recipes instead of spices which is quite healthy for the individuals. They use lots of  basil, tarragon, rosemary, fennel, chives, savory, oregano, chervil, thyme, sage, parsley, marjoram in their food. They have the habits of consuming lesser food and light breakfasts. The famous breakfasts include baguette, croissant, butter, jam, coffee etc. They also consume sausages, fried stake, sea food, chicken, fish , lamb stew, soup, vegetables, cheese, bread and almost all kinds of food items.
