Why Do People Make Mistakes?
What are the main reasons surrounding the nature of peoples mistakes?

People behave according to their nature as well as experience. Another factor is their learning ability. How much they are able to learn from their past experience and from people around them. People usually make mistakes because of ignorance about the thing concerned Or because they overlook important facts.

I believe most people make mistakes because they don't know any better or because they don't care. The prime reasons to me would be ignorance and apathy.

I have made one mistake after the other for three consecutive days. I am so pissed with myself I literally feel sick. I make most mistakes whenever I have a deadline or I have to work late.
Because I sleep very late and wake up early, I am not very alert at work.
My work load is heavy and I still have to supervise others. I asked a colleague for an update on a task and she replied that this would be the third time she would give me a response on it. (Right now -2hrs later-I can't remember what she said).
I used to multitask with disastrous consequences, now I simply prioritize.
My boss expects me to know everything, see everything and be involved in everything, I try hard but I'm only human (and he wants no excuse).
