Is There A Pursuable Lawsuit Against A Company Who Failed To Post Warning Of A Product That Is Illegal To Own In A Certain State (stun Gun) And Them Shipping It To Me And Then I Get Arrested For It?

Same as previous question just wondering, because every other stun gun company posts where it is illegal except this one and no company will ship one to a state where it is illegal to own one.
