I have received a letter from the Award Payment Data Release Div. Saying I have been identified as the holder of one million four hundred thousand dollars in cash and prizes. But believing this to be a scam I looked it up on the net and found many other people whom have received the same letter, word for word, all of which have said it to be a ripoff/scam. Hope this helps.
