If the person from UK or any other country marries us citizenship holder, what are the required documents need?

If one person is a US citizen, and the other is not, and they noth got married, the person has to be physically present in the US for two years. The interviews and filing takes around 6 to 8 months before one gets the green card.

If you marry someone in the U.s you have to file for a permanent resident or a U.s citezenship..........
