 Can A Landlord Ask A Year Worth Of Rent In Advance?
We are moving from ma to nc...selling a house in ma, renting a house in nc until we find a house to buy. Because we have no jobs yet, is it legal to ask for one year rent up front

 It ranges to a maximum of 6 months but if you mutually agree, then it could be for one year. There is no legal restriction in the process.
