    Well I suppose this is an impossible chicken and egg type question because it all depends on what you need. You don't need Evian quality water to fill swimming pool. On the other hand, getting the best words two hundred down on the page possible is sometimes a lot better than writing pads and pads of jumbled nonsense.

    It depends what you are wanting. Quantity obviously means that you want a lot of something. Quality means that you want a certain special depth to it, you want something to be of a particular standard.

    It's great to have a dozen roses, but would you prefer 10 nice roses or 1 beautiful roses? It's easy to say that qualitty is preferable, but it's not, sometimes you just don't need quality, you need quantity. Sometimes you need lots of water, not quality water.

    Suit your action to the requirement of the situation.
