Theoretically you can according to the theory that time measurements are based off of speed of light. So theoretically you'd have to be able to move faster than the speed of light, which in turn is improbable due to the extensive power needed to move that fast and the distance would be enourmous. Theoretically possible, realistically not probable. Oh uless you found a worm hole in the fabric of space-time. Then that would be different.
