Since long your hound is not eating? What other symptoms are also present in your dog? If he has not eaten since last 24 hours then he is sick and needs medical attention. Loss of appetite is general sign of illness in dogs along with lethargy. Almost all diseases and conditions can cause loss of appetite. If loss of appetite continues for 24 hours in adult dogs and 12 hours in puppies then visit to vet is necessary. Diseases and conditions like stress, anxiety, nervousness, pain, all diseases of GI Tract etc can cause loss of appetite in dogs. So, get advice from your vet.
