Roast Coco beans in a pan until cracking well. Allow them to cool. Next you need to peel off the husks. Now spread them over a tea towel and use a hammer to break them apart. Use a grinder or a mill to grind them. Put them again in a dish and heat the dish in a pan of water and grind a little more. When a smooth consistency appears you can add flavors and sugar to taste.
