This Question Is Answered:
I'm Only Seventeen But I Feel I Know Enough To Help Get My Grandma's House Sold. If We Decide To Sell By Owner, Is It Legal If I Take Charge Of The "real Estate Agent" For Her?
I don't see a problem in this. If she decides not to go through an agency, then I would like to take that part because I have looked into detail about this and think that with a little help that I could help my grandma with the correct preparations for sell to insure big bucks at selling time.

Yes it is completely legal to take charge as the "real estate agent". You can take charge on behalf of the agency and help your grandmother but you need to have the basic skills.

I think there is no problem in it. You can take charge and you don't need to go to any agency. You can also save money with it.
