The person in whose name the pets are shipped will have to go to the cargo section of the airport to collect the pets. An import permit is required. This is processed by Human Resources after they receive copies of the Good Health Certificate and the vaccination certificate. In order to collect the pet, you will need originals of all these documents, as well as a photocopy of your passport. Your pet must also be microchipped, and the number for this must be on all the documents.
