    How The Fat Near Abdominal Area Can Be Reduced Ced?.i Lost Weight Near My Waist Line Thru Push Ups .

    I heard that push ups help in reducing fat near stomach and waist line.i want to have flat stomach.How do i do that?.is there any way that could help reducing fat near stomach and abdomen ?

    Try Leg lifts at about 30-60 degree angle for long periods per lift; during each lift spread legs apart, then back together, then higher, then right above the ground and then relax (or don't). 10 a day minimum each about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then do crunches 2 sets of 20 but instead of what most crunches are like, I just tighten my muscles until the tension pulls my weight off the ground. It should not hurt your back. Then do some bicycle style crunches for the lat's. Should be flat in no time. Try it and let me know!
