How To Calculate A Monthly Return?
We have a certain amount of surgeries in a month and only a few send in comment cards, so I am trying to calculate the percentage of comment cards in a month.
Answers
Divide the number of comment cards per month by the number of surgeries per month. Multiplying this fraction by 100 will give you the %age. Do this calculation for every month for the past year and get an average for the year by adding the figures for the 12 months and dividing the sum by 12.
Best of Luck! Hope this helps.

It is very easy. First of all all the income should be added in one colums and then calculate with help of sum. Vice versa calculate the expenditure in the next colums.
