Our Yorkie Has Begun Tilting His Head To The Right And Is Also Having Problems Walking In A Straight Line. Could This Be An Inner Ear Problem Or Is There Some Other Problem That Could Be Wrong?

We have been putting drops in his ears that were given to us on a previous vet visit for a different ear problem, but not sure that it is working.
