    My Landlord Has Let The House Fall Into Foreclosure And House Going For Sale In 40 Days. We Have Signed A 1 Year Lease, Do I Pay My Landlord The Rent As Usual Do I Need To Move???

    I wouldn't think you should pay the rent. One pays the rent when there is a house available to pay on. Let your landlord what you intend to do, then find a place to live quickly. If the landlord gives you a problem, find an attorney to help you out.
