It is exclusively available in nature India and has been praised by emperors and kings who came in India for long centuries. Due to its aromatic nature, it brings a fabulous enhancement in recipe. Basmati rice is used to prepare various dishes, like payas, frini, etc for example, very famous Indian food. Basmati rice is also used to make Chinese fried rice and Moglai biriyani.
