That's a bit careless - but don't panic.  You can do what is known as a 'whois' lookup on your domains.  If your website is www.mydomain.co then you do a whois on mydomain.com.

An example site is DNSStuff.com.  Type your domain into the WHOIS Lookup input box and click the WHOIS button.  You'll then be asked to sign up - just click 'Ask Me Later'.

The report on your domain shows who the administrative contact is.  That should be set to the people who look after your domain - not necessarily the same as the people who host your site!  The Domain Servers (or Name Servers) may give you a clue as to who hosts your site.

You can also go to NetCraft.com.  Put your website domain name into the What's that Site Running? box, hit the 'Search' button and wait for the results.  The 'Netblock Owner' should be the people that host your site.
