Will You Gain Weight After Having Your Gall Bladder Removed?

Im sixteen, and had to get mine removed due to hundreds of huge gallstones. Kids getting gallstones is extremely rare, so i may have healed differently then others. But in my case, i gained a little bit...not too much, BUT i do have to watch my weight more now because your gallbladder is in charge of breaking down fats and cholesterol, so once thats gone, that fats just kinda sit. You just cant eat as much junk food, and try to exercise more because otherwise you ill gain weight.
