How Should A Teenager Exercise?

    A teenager can basically exercise any way he wants too. Do not force him to do it, everything will come naturally, however instead of sending you teenage kid to the gym you can enrol him in some sports camp, that we he will be completely physically fit. Do not enrol for the sport that you want him to play…let him decide.

    Once he is going regularly to his sports coaching make sure that he gets the proper diet. Eating the proper food is one of the most important things for a healthy and fit body. While eating keep in mind that Dairy products like Milk and products like Eggs, Fish and Meat should only be taken in moderate quantities.

    Also the most important thing is to get a good and proper amount of sleep…lack of proper sleep is said to be the cause of mood swings and irritation.

      I recommend cycling, climbing rocks and going on adventurous places.
