What Is The Difference Between A Cryptographer And A Programmer?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

All programmers can't be Cryptographers but all
    Cryptographers are programmers.

Cryptographer is a person who makes and breaks the  computer code. These are the persons who make ciphers. Cipher is a code which can convert the original message in to encrypted form. They also make deciphers which covert the encrypted back to original  file.

But all programmers can’t do that. They make the program/system which can help the company to automate their functions and departments but can’t encrypt or decrypt the data.
