Peerless Single, It Stops Running When Opened All The Way Up, Airlock Of Some Kind?

The water quits when you open the water full force, you must then put pressure on the faucet until water leaks out and then try to ease it on but still cannot open it up all the way.

Sounds like there is a problem with the faucet related to perhaps a broken or about to break seal or washer. It is apparently not fit properly or has become dislodged and when the faucet is engaged the seal or washer is being placed into the flow and stopping it from being released. If it is not leaking and you have to put pressure on the faucet to engage the flow then by using pressure you are moving this blockage enough to reestablish the water flow. Take the faucet apart and you should be able to establish what is causing this issue.
