First Congratulations ! I bet taking care of them will help you lose some to begin with. as you recover from birth I would do simple stuff.. Like walking when they are old enough put them in a stroller and go.. Calorie counting is a big part of diet but If you breast feed you need more calories.
Don't sweat the diet to much just Love and enjoy the babies and get a little exercise and eat healthy and you should go back to normal.

That is such happy news. I am sure after having a baby your abs are the main focus. do some crunches. focus on keeping your back semi- straight. you want your shoulderblades to come off the ground. small dumbell weight-lifting can help too. if you live somewhere with stairs try going up and down those a couple of times. Swimming is a very good whole body muscle toner so this could help you lose pounds in a less strenuous way too. The water helps you to be weightless so it won't strain joints. congratulations
