How Do We Celebrate Advent?

You may be talking about something else than I am thinking.
Plus I am going to assume your question is not regarding 7th day adventist,
feel free to correct me if I am wrong.  Advent refers to Jesus second coming,
when He's on that white horse, the words faithful and true are marked on his thigh.
The dead will stand before God great and small, and the book of life will be opened,
and whosoever name is not written in it shall be cast into the lake of fire.
So how will we celebrate, every knee will bow and every tongue will confess Jesus is Lord.
