I have tried a few sources in China - I found 1 with quality beads, but the variety is not there. Another source has a vast selection, but the quality is poor to the point of being unsellable.

Hi, Design Beads is a great company with no minimums, super quality, but not too many styles especially in the solid sterling silver. CCCbeads has a large variety but the quality is not that great on some of the beads.

Many China factories offer reasonable minimum order quantities. But shipping and customs clearance may cost too much if your oder quantity is too small.
