I Got A Friend,she Sometimes Talk With Me Play With Me But Sometimes She Does Like Me Or Never Known Me And I Want Her To Be My Best Friend Forever. How Can I Do That?

First you need to ask yourself why you would want a friend who sometimes acts like you never existed.

A best friend is someone who enjoys your company as well as you like their company. That is something that happens without force. One can never "make" anybody like them. When you are playing with her, ask her why she behaves like she does, if she answers you with an "I don't know" then she is not "best-friend" material.

You should tell her how it makes you feel when she does this. If she is a shallow person she will act like what you say means nothing to her, then you will know what kind of person you are dealing with, hopefully your potential new best friend will sincerely apologize and take your feelings in consideration next time you see each other. Real friends don't brush each other off for any person or circumstance remember that when choosing your friends.
