Could be many different things - need more info. - does it sputter or lose power before it dies - after it stops running does it still have power like the headlights still working or radio, etc.

Is just dies completely after about 15mins or so while driving but, will start back up instantly, doesn't sputter just goes dead. Has new battery /cable heads- no corrison
Check your fuel pump relay - could also be your coil acting up
