There was someone on here the other day that had that very same letter. Now I ask you, can there really be that many winners out there that won the same amount of money? No, sorry, but it is a scam and you need to report it to the BBB, and get the address for the Treasury Dept so you can report it to them too. It takes a little while to hear back from them, but they are always working on the cases. Hope this helps, and sorry.

I've received the same letter several times. The letter is an attempt to defraud you of your money and/or identity. It is similar to the 419 Scam.
I would Bring the letter to your local post office, and ask t speak with their postmaster general.
