    Adult penguins eat their foods by catching a fish or sea animal in there mouth, and swallowing it whole. However, A penguins young eat out of the mothers mouth. A mother will find food, and eat it, when the mother comes back home, it will regurgitate all of the food into her young mouth.         Hope this helped your question
