You might want to go to Petco, or a local pet store, and see if they carry bottles and milk for them there, I know they make them, and sell them everywhere. If you want to, call the pet stores in your area first, see what they have, this will save on running around time.
If you can't find them, then a syringe that you use to dispense childrens medicine from works, and you can warm some milk for them. The breathing is because they are so tiny most likely. You have to realize how tiny those little lungs are.
If it persists though, then take them to the vet. Cute things like that don't need to suffer if you can keep them from it. Hope this helps, good luck.
