    Will I Need To Apply For A New Student Visa?

    Last year July I received my British student visa to study in the UK. The visa is for 1 year. It is valid from September 2007 to October 2008. Because of circumstances I was not able to travel for school last year. Therefore am planning on traveling for the fall semester . What I wanted to know will I need to apply for a new student visa.

    Yes, you would definitely need to apply for a new student visa after October 2008. Otherwise you would not be allowed entry into England.
