Toshiba Cx-32d81 Start Up Problems, What Should I Do?
I can hear the relay click,feel the high voltage come up and then hear the relays click off.have replaced horizontal output and strm6515 regulator and 9 caps that were leaking(16v x 100mfd)still does the same thing,also have replaced D-310 ,vertical feedback diode,HELP,HELP.

Most start up problems r caused by electrolitic capacitors in power supply changing value or drying out changing best solution ps resistors changing value can cause same check also
