It depends on the sort of figure you have. If you have a bit heavy arms, you should go for a dress with quarter or half sleeves. But if you think your legs and thighs are not in a perfect shape, then prefer long skirts. Anyhow, your weight is not completely out of the range of ideal weight. With this height, even if you weigh 65 to 67 kgs, you would look good, and any kind of dress will suit you.
