    Within Two Months Of Joining A Company I'm Going For An Interview Since I'm Not Satisfied With The Present Employer. What Reason Should I Give For Such A Move?

    Why not be honest, it is often the root of the best answer at least! The reason is that the move you made was a positive one and that you have realised that this is not the organisation for you. You've given it considerable thought and think it is best to move on before you become a fully integrated part of the organisation. Obviously you wish to decrease the amount of extra work or re-organisation that you new company has to do, so you are doing them a favour by telling them now.

    I think this is a responsible route, rather annoying for your present employer, but it's never a great thing to be leaving a company, your colleagues and management will be disappointed that you are going so soon, but you are doing the right thing for you and that's the only or at least the most important thing.
