Prater Stadium now renamed to the Ernst Happel Stadium. This stadium is located in Vienna. The stadium was renamed to the Ernst Happel Stadium (also pronounced as Ernst-Happel-Stadion) in the year 1992 after the very famous coach and player 'Ernst Happel'. This stadium is the largest stadium in Austria. It is also the home ground of the Austrian National Football Team.
The Prater Stadium is generally not used for club football matches; however there have been many memorable games played during some of the UEFA Champions League seasons. Some of the most memorable matches that were held in the Prater Stadium were played between Ajax and AC Milan (1995) in which Milan lost 1-0; the other match was played between Inter Milan and Real Madrid in which Inter thrashed Madrid 3-1.
