Do Boilers Need Stainless Steel Pipe For Flue?

    If you are replacing the boiler, the technician will check the condition of the existing flue. If it needs to be upgraded, they will use a stainless steel liner. In most areas, that is required by the local fire codes.

      If you don't want to have to replace your flue every few years, yes its a good way to go.

        They don't need to have it but it will handle the condensate better
