You could go with these corny lines below- lol. Or you could just be original and tell her how you feel from your heart. Most women appreciate honesty and origionality.

But- if your just looking for something sweet to do-

1) find a nice romance poem on the internet- and print it off in small print.
2) cut out the poem with scissors- if you have ones that cut in designs, use them.
3) get a red piece of construction paper and tape the poem to it. Make sure that the whole thing is no more than maybe 4 inches wide and 5 inches long.
4) take a piece of ribbon and tie the poem around the vase of roses.
5) have someone watch the kids (if you have any)
6) surprise her with a NICE dinner - having the vase of flowers set as a center piece  on the table.
7) enjoy the nice evening together- be romantic about it though, and let her know how much you appreciate her being your wife.


Thats just one of many suggestions. Im sure she would love it! -even though it does sound corny as well. Lol, im sure she would greatly appreciate it.
