    A BPO is a contact center that provides their clients the service where they could take their business processes outsourced and provide them with a cost effective quality with service. A Business Process Outsourcing facility may be both a call center and provide other services like legal documentation, medical billing, intermediaries, software support and programming jobs or any other number of services regardless of their nature. A call center however simply is a place where customer service or sales support is offered as an extension to clients sales and marketing operations.
