Dizziness while sleeping, is it just before you go to sleep, or wake in the middle of the night with dizziness etc. May be the type of pillow you are using, or could also be a pinched nerve in the neck or neck problems that may be the cause. All in all, I would have this checked out by a doctor as  soon as possible.  Can be anything from a pinched nerve, to inner ear infection, or sinus problems. The best diagnoses is hands on. Maybe get yourself to a free clinic. As well, if you are taking certain types of medication, this could also be contributing to it as well. Good luck and good health
