If My Landlord Is Being Foreclosed And Wants To Break My Lease, Am I Entitled To A Copy Of The Foreclosure Notification?
My lease ends on Nov 30 but my landlord wants me out on Oct 15 because her mortgage holder is foreclosing. She has consistantly been less than honest with me. Can I force her to show me the document since the lease is being ended early?

It is against the law for any reason to break the lease unless you have breached the contract. I would demand to see the foreclosure notice or I would call her bank and fax them the lease agreement. They may foreclose on her, but the bank may work something out with you. Hope this helps.
