Bel-Air is the name of a community in Los Angeles, California, United States. It was started by Alphonzo E Bell, Sr. in the year 1923. It is part of the three localities that form the Golden Triangle, along with Holmby Hills and Beverly Hills.

The two main entrances are located at Beverly Glen – Sunset Boulevards, and Bellagio Drive- Sunset Boulevard.

One can find houses ranging from small ranches to huge palatial mansions in Bel-Air. As one goes higher up the hill, on finds that the residences become smaller and less impressive as compared to those near the principal entrances and near the country club. These houses can cost more than 20 million dollars.

Famous residents of this community include former US President Ronald Reagan and his wife, Nancy Reagan who remains there after her husband's death in the year 2004. Bel-Air was famously portrayed in the teen sitcom starring Will Smith, as the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
