Where Is San Diego De Alcala?

The Mission Basilica San Diego de Alcala is located at 10818 San Diego Mission Road, San Diego, CA 92108-2429. When driving from Los Angeles you will have to take the I-5 south to the I-805, the I-805 to I-52 towards the I-15 south. You need to take the East Friars road east and then take the right for Rancho Mission Road. Then at the first signal take the left for the San Diego Mission Road. Half block later you will come across the Mission on the left. If coming from San Diego you need to take the I-8 towards the east to the exit of Mission Gorge Road. Take the left at the signal and proceed to the Mission Gorge. Take the left towards Twain Avenue; wait for it to become the San Diego Mission Road. The mission will appear towards the right hand side of the road.
