Well this is a question of simultaneous equations. For it you will have to make two equations i.e;
x + y = 65 ;
25x + 20y = 1450.
Now solve them simultaneously.
Y = 65 - x {put this in the second equation}
25x + 20(65 - x) = 1450
25x + 1300 - 20x = 1450
5x = 150
x = 30, (30 tickets of $25 were sold)
y = 65-x = 35 (35 tickets of $20 were sold)
