Could you please give me the steps on doing an eviction. I have in the past but the clerks office is telling me different. I did the 3 day and filed the eviction summons and the complaint.

Talk to the landlord/tenant board, and they should be able to direct you in the right direction for this, they often deal with the courts. Make sure you have all the information they are going to need. Lease, receipts, rental demands, and stuff like that, even if the police have been called to the residence because of disturbances.
