    I Am A UK Passport Holder My Son Is Adopted (2 Years Old) And Has A Russian Passport But With A Adoption Visa. Can We Get A Visa For Spain For A Holiday?

    We have come back to the UK with our Son who is by birth Russian but we have adopted him in Russia. He has a Russian Passport but we have UK permission to adopt and have a adoption visa , however we have to wait 6 months to get a British Passport. I have been told that we can not get a visa to any of the EU counties to take him on holiday but other friends have done it , any body know the exact position ?

    As far as i know it, you can take your son along for the holidays because you have the adoption visa. You just need to present the travel documents along with it and you could go anywhere in the world.
    Just talk to a travel agent first.
