Water is a natural resource, so precious because of its cleansing and thirst quenching properties. In fact, the presence of it in various forms has enabled the sustenance of life on the planet. Water is a renewable resource. It is amazing to observe how it is preserved naturally and harnessed and contained by man for further use.

The rain water seeps into the surface of the earth and sinks up to a particular level. This water collects above a layer of rocks, beyond which it does not sink. This ground water thus collected is made available to us when we dig wells or artificial tanks. The water we consume to quench our thirst is the same water that is provided in abundance by nature, but it is treated and tested, prior to consumption.

The water found above the layer of the permeable rocks is extracted via a process called hydrogelogy. The mineral content is high in this water and being confined, the mud settles down. The level at which confined aquifer water is available is at that of the underground water table. The water is naturally safe for consumption and healthy too. Confined aquifer water is now even being mildly treated and bottled.
